Current website behavior
The current website does not use a server-side inquiry database or advertising pixels. It does use Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, page engagement, and mailto inquiry starts so OneyAnalytics can understand how the public site is being used. The customer, partner, and collaborator intake creates a prefilled message in your own email application; it does not submit or retain the typed fields through the website. The inquiry-start analytics event records that the mailto flow was opened, not the values typed into the form.
Analytics and measurement
Google Analytics may process information such as page views, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, and interaction events generated on the site. OneyAnalytics uses this information to understand site performance and inquiry behavior, not to identify individual visitors or run advertising audiences.
Email inquiries
If you choose to email OneyAnalytics, the message and contact information are handled through the business email provider for the purpose of reviewing, safely routing, and responding to your inquiry. Do not send sensitive, regulated, patient, employee, client, credential, vulnerability, payment, account, or raw source data through a public inquiry.
Retention and deletion
The website itself does not retain inquiry fields. An email you choose to send is retained and deleted under the business email provider and OneyAnalytics inquiry-handling process. You may request review or deletion of an inquiry email, subject to applicable record and legal requirements.
Hosting information
The hosting platform may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs, according to the provider's controls.
Future changes
If OneyAnalytics adds a stored form, CRM, newsletter, additional cookies, or another processor, this notice and the relevant consent and retention controls will be updated before activation.
